Online Enrollment Procedure

  • Click on the Enrollment form menu
  • To Enroll, click New Enrollment button
  • Fill the Enrollment form and submit
  • After successful submission of Enrollment form, you will get an email on registered email
  • In case of payment by demand draft, kindly attach a printout of the enrollment form, with demand draft and post it to Dr. Chand Wattal, Department of Clinical Microbiology (IAMM EQAS New Delhi), Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi – 110060.   • After realization of payment, you will be sent a unique user id and password
  • You can use this user id and password for login into the www.iammeqasdelhi.com
From 2018, the IAMM EQAS New Delhi program would entail your receiving 3 PT (Proficiency Testing) rounds i.e. QC packages per year namely March, July and November. Each round (QC package) would contain:

1.Three fixed Smears: Microscopic examination of films of clinical specimens

2.Three Lyophilized Cultures: Isolation, identification and antibiotic sensitivity testing of pathogens from a lyophilized culture vial

3.Serum specimen for serology testing

3.1 Bacterial Serology: Two serum specimens to carry out specific serological tests and to report.
3.2 Blood Borne Viruses Serology (BBV): Two serum specimens to carry out Blood borne viral serology (BBVS), i.e HBsAg, HIV & HCV antibody tests in each of the specimens and to report.

Dr. Chand Wattal is the Chairperson of IAMM-EQAS program for North and North East participants, assisted by Dr. Jaswinder K. Oberoi and Dr. Neeraj Goel as the Co-ordinators and the other faculty of the department.

We will review the reports from all participating laboratories. We will let you know your standing at the end of each distribution as well as a cumulative one at the end of the year. When we tabulate the results from all participating laboratories, each laboratory will be identified by a code number. Only you will know your own code number, no other laboratory will know it. The reimbursement of cost of materials for each participant laboratory would be INR 9,440/-*(including 18% GST) for one year to be sent as DD (drawn in favour of "IAMM EQAS NEW DELHI TRUST" payable at New Delhi.) to:

Please note that if you wish so you can withdraw from the program at any time. The participation is purely voluntary, and your suggestions and comments are always welcome.
Please designate a nodal person with designation with whom we can correspond and to whom parcels need to be addressed. In case of any change in your contact details, kindly update the same immediately online in your enrollment form.

NOTE:

Participants are free to enroll in IAMM EQAS New Delhi at any point of year with the following conditions:

  • Participants should submit completed enrollment form along with the fees at least 15 days before the commencement of the next cycle. e.g., participants wishing to join from March, 2023, should complete the joining formalities by 16th Feb, 2023. If the request is received after that, then the participants’ cycle will starts from July, 2023.

  • The fees for joining the IAMM EQAS New Delhi is INR 9,440/- *(including 18% GST), irrespective of the date of joining the IAMM EQAS program for the year.

  • In no case will the PT items be sent again.
